P1 – Granny’s Garden house

Two rooms and two beds per room (altogether four beds) await our dear guests on the upper floor. The house has an exclusive ’cellar’ kitchen which we connected to the living room from where you can enjoy the view of the vineyard through the large glass portal.

There are two rooms with 2 beds per room on the upper floor of the building, and a pull-out bed on the ground floor (with a full size mattress for two persons). This is a special building as the cellar is the kitchen and dining room, and its back front opens to the vineyard hill with a large window and terrace, so the afternoon sun shines in wonderfully. The entire building is a passive house with a geothermal heating and cooling system. Our air filtration system ensures pollen-free environment. With the touch panels of our smart house we control the lighting, temperature and humidity and help to ensure comfort during your stay. The great room on the upper floor and the social area on the ground floor have a TV, while the entire estate and buildings have free wi-fi.

P2 – Lavender house

On the upper floor of our largest central building, three rooms, two beds per room await those who want to relax. The entire building is a passive house with a geothermal heating and cooling system. Our air filtration system ensures a pollen-free environment. With the touch panels of our smart house we control the lighting, temperature and humidity and help to ensure comfort during your stay. There are two bathrooms: upstairs with a toilet and a bathtub, downstairs with a shower plus an extra toilet. The huge table in the cellar (which is also heated and cooled) is used for shared experiences. The great room on the upper floor and the social area on the ground floor have a TV, while the entire estate and buildings have free wi-fi.

If you just sit outside and admire the scenery in the manicured lawn in front of the building, you can recharge your batteries, but you can also play volleyball and badminton.
